Want to get your project off the ground?
Here is a list of things we can do for you.
If you hire us. Which you should.
Believe it or not, all videos – regardless of type, length or size – go through the following stages.
We usually kick off all of our projects with a formal meeting in person, virtually over the inter-webs or over the phone. In this initial meeting we strive to gain a better understanding of your needs in an upcoming video project.
This is one of our favorite things to do when we begin a project, because the possibilities are endless. During these meetings we welcome input from all parties and use this info to develop our initial plan.
From our initial meetings we consolidate all of this information and generate a quote that fits your budget. Our estimates are always negotiable and can be discussed at any time.
With the information we gather from our initial meetings we flesh out a schedule to hit a target deadline that everyone agrees upon. We aim to facilitate booking talent, venues and additional production crew if needed.
We aim to ensure that we have a smooth production process. To do so we may need to meet on occasion to discuss upcoming production and post-production plans.
While written content is crucial to communicating ideas in persuasive detail, video is an even more powerful conversion tool. We can assist you with creating and drafting a script or storyboard.
Finding the right location and talent is critical for an impactful video. We have lots of experience in location scouting, acquire insurance & contracting forms, as well as locating and auditioning talent.
Once we have identified our talent we find that it is very important to rehearse for an upcoming shoot. We can assist with rehearsing a script with talent, as well as scheduling events. Once a location and schedule have been established we can assist with booking and planning out a shot schedule.
Prior to a video shoot we may need to acquire additional equipment to ensure that we are covered for an upcoming production.
We aim to ensure a quick turn-around on all of our projects. To tackle this we try to: identify / secure music; find B-Roll graphics for script; collect digital assets, generate working notes to share with production staff; and assemble a rough timeline in our video editing programs.
During and before a production, we like to meet with you and discuss our upcoming plans. This is an opportunity for you and our additional video staff to provide input and make changes if needed.
During the Production process we will do the following: gather equipment; review lines with talent and review points to be emphasized; prepare wardrobe and makeup; arrive at location, unload and load; assemble equipment on set; split equipment into departments: camera and audio; position camera and lights on set; and test audio and video Equipment with production personnel
Once everything is in order we will assemble talent, reposition lights and / or microphones and then videotape talent and / or an event.
